My name is Alysan Orum, and I’ve had the privilege of serving the Central Illinois community through real estate for more than ten years. My background includes residential sales, leasing, and property management, along with extensive experience supporting the administrative side of real estate teams. This combination has given me a deep understanding of not only my own transactions, but also the complexities, problem-solving, and timelines involved in guiding many transactions at once—especially those requiring added care, coordination, and patience.

My focus on probate real estate is also personal. A few years ago, I watched my own family navigate the probate process after the loss of a loved one, and I saw firsthand how overwhelming it can feel when decisions must be made during an already emotional time. That experience shaped the way I approach this work today. Probate is demanding enough on its own—my goal is to remove as much uncertainty and pressure as possible by offering clear guidance, dependable resources, and genuine compassion throughout the process.
